USPTO Grants JMEA Corporation a Patent for Devices and Methods for Preparation of Vertebral Members

JMEA Corporation Granted 2 Additional Patents in 2018

 

Rockville, MD, September 5, 2018 (JMEA Corporation) – As of August 2018, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued JMEA Corporation two (2) additional patents.  In the first quarter of 2018, JMEA was granted a patent by the USPTO for our vertically expanding spinal interbody fusion technology – Vertically Expanding Crescent Cage (VECC).  Like JMEA’s Fusion Coil System (FC360), the VECC can be delivered using an MIS technique via a TLIF (Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion) and then expanded vertically.  To view this patent, please go to http://www.pat2pdf.org and search on 9901457, the patent number.

JMEA Passes FDA Inspection with Flying Colors
 
ROCKVILLE, MD, December 12, 2011 (JMEA Corporation) – JMEA Corporation was
issued a “Notice of Inspection” (FDA 482) on October 5, 2011.  The inspection was
concluded on October 12, 2011.  JMEA was found in compliance with the current
FDA Regulations.  An FDA 483 (Inspectional Observations) was not issued.  No
warnings or deficiencies were issued.  On November 7, 2011 an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) was issued confirming the results of the inspection.
